Our black kitchen sink (over a decade of use) started looking dirty/gross, like never-ending soap scum despite cleaning. This step by step process gives me the tools to return its youthful look.
I started noticing water spots on my dark gray granite composite sink after about one year. I tried several products to remove the water spots and was partially successful (I don't see spots anymore but can feel them). I was using Boos Board Cream to protect the sink. It worked but it was messy and difficult to apply. I decide to try the Supreme Surface 3-step system. The 1st step did not seem to remove any "additional" water spots but the 2nd and 3rd steps were very noticeable and worked great to renew the color and protect the sink. The 3rd step is especially good. It leaves a coating the resists water puddling so no more spots and the sink looks great!
Sink was old and damaged. With effort and several uses of products, the result was quite satisfactory. Thanks,!
Great products, great service
It got my severely damaged black granite composite sink to look as good as it can look under the circumstances. Not back to new, but that would have required a miracle. I bought the $40+ repair kit, but the big surprise is that the Scum and Mineral Remover was worth the price of admission. I'm a customer for life! I've tried everything on my black granite counters and my black enamel gas stovetop and always had streaking after lots of work. This stuff cleans up icky surfaces without a streak. It puts Dawn to shame on grease. Thanks Tom, for your great products and for walking me through the sink repair process over the phone like a patient dad. We did our best, and my stove looks so much better too.
Sink looks like new! Excellent service with questions answered!
Very pleased with products!
Although I still have some troubled spots, I’m giving a 5-star rating. We bought a home recently and the sink was in poor condition and clearly not taken care of. Using these products, it is restored about 95%. I’m extremely happy it came out as good as it did since I “inherited” someone else’s neglect. Instructions on the bottle compared to handout in packed box are different. I ended up combining the steps the best I could. Glad it worked!
My sink wasn’t a total loss when I started, the bottom was a little beat up and the sides had a lot of mineral deposits. After using Supreme Surface products as instructed there has been a tremendous improvement. The bottom still has some blemishes but it’s an 80% improvement and the sides are 100% improvement. It’s good enough for me to live with for a few more years until I can afford to update my kitchen. I’ve just finished the project and I’m interested to see how long my investment will last.
Worked as Well as Could be Expected (on an older sink)
I used the product according to the instructions received with it. I cleaned the sink three times on the first step. after following the rest of the steps, my sink was noticeably cleaner and most of the white film was gone. There was, however, white left around the drain hole on both sinks (divided sinks). The drain for the disposal was the worst. I'm assuming that this white is from the sink being old (12 years at least). I've been doing the last step (spraying the sinks daily and polishing with the cloth provided). They definitely look better than before. I just wish there was something I could use to get the faded part back to the original black.
