Supreme Surface Cleaner Company is definitely a 5 star company!
I bought a black granite composite sink from Home Depot and have been using it for over a year. I received a bottle of Supreme Surface Granite, Quartz and Marble Treatment with the sink, along with instructions for maintenance of the sink. I found another product at my local grocery store that was labeled as a granite maintenance also. I bought it because it was easier than ordering the Supreme Surface product online. Forward to about a month ago. I noticed a grey ring around my black sink at the level where the suds would come in contact with the sink. It did not go away after using the off-brand cleaner or the Supreme Surface IoSeal. I chose to call Supreme Surface for help. Tom Munro took the time to educate me about the other brand I had been using, and how it damaged my sink. He very patiently guided me through how to use Supreme Surface Scum & Mineral Deposit Remover to determine if I had surface damage, or worse. He asked for pictures of my sink before the treatment and as I progressed through the process. He also sent me a small bottle of Supreme Surface NuVibrant to use when we had determined the damage was more than just scum and mineral deposit damage. Tom is coaching me through this solution as well. Customer Service doesn't get any better than that! It is just a phone call away!
Use NuVibrants For Dull Granite Sinks
I have been in the Stone business for 25 years and have distributed Blanco Composite Sinks for at least 22-23 of these years. My personal sink is an 8 year old Blanco Composite black Anthracite. It had discoloration from use over the last eight years so I asked Tom what I could use to help restore the luster. Tom sent me a Composite Sink kit with a sample of NuVibrants. After watching a video and reading the instructions it has done wonders to what my sink looks like now. I am not saying my sink looks new again however on a scale of 10, 10 being new, I would give it an 8! Definitely would recommend this product to anyone.
I cannot believe how gorgeous my sink looks again! It is only 2 years old and I was starting to regret getting it but I loved it. And now I love it again! I had absolutely no expectations from this product, sorry, but I am so happy I tried it. And it did remove the small rust stain I had from a pan in the sink, even though the bottle said it wouldn’t. I have tried EVERYTHING including abrasives, which I now regret because my sink is so clean you can now see all of the scratches I have left behind. But I don’t care because it’s clean!!!
Saved my sink
I kept looking at my 11 year old composite sink and just hated it. I tried everything I could find and nothing took the streaks and haze off it. So I tried this and whoa! First time it made it look as good as an 11 year old sink can look. I have been applying the second bottle of follow-up spray every day as it says use it daily for 10-14 days and then once a week. I am so happy with the renewed shine and absence of crap on my sink!
No matter how many times I redo my sink with this stuff it doesn’t
Experience was easy enough to do this. I’m sad because my sink doesn’t look any better. I can’t get any refund from this place.
Supreme Surface Cleaners
We tried calling you a couple of times at the phone number used at the time of purchase, but couldn't leave a message. I'm going to post this reply to your review hoping that you'll see it. let's first assume that you thoroughly cleaned the sink from any existing buildup in Step-1. We will also assume that your sink doesn't have pre-existing permanent damage from chemicals or heat. I mention this because what you're describing resembles all of these three issues. More about this can be found on a helpful link I will share at the end of my reply. These same links can be found on the product detail page, the how-to videos, and are mentioned in the instructions that came with the kit. If we would have spoken on the phone, I would have gone through this wih you. Again, let's assume you don't have permanent damage, and you thouroughly cleanerd the sink in Step-1. This also means that your sink looks good when wet, but not so good when dry and it's time to move onto Step-2. If your sink looks better wet than it does dry, All you need to do is apply more applications of Step-2, NuVibrants. It is important to know that older sinks that have lost their protective factory coating will continue to absorb the NuVibrants in Step-2 until it builds all the way back up to the surface. I have personally talked to people that have taken sand paper to their sink, applied >12 applications of step-2 (NuVibrants) before the sink look good again both wet and dry.You can easily confirm this by applying more NuVibrants to the surface. if it looks good wet, but dries cloudy, continue with more applications of NuVibrants. If your sink doesn't look good wet or dry (after deep cleaning with Step-1) your sink has permanent damage. I highly recommend calling our Helpline for assistants at 317-865-0000 and we will be glad to assist. As advertised, product works
A few more applications than anticipated but the product does work. Buy more of the restorer than the other offerings.
Our black kitchen sink (over a decade of use) started looking dirty/gross, like never-ending soap scum despite cleaning. This step by step process gives me the tools to return its youthful look.
I started noticing water spots on my dark gray granite composite sink after about one year. I tried several products to remove the water spots and was partially successful (I don't see spots anymore but can feel them). I was using Boos Board Cream to protect the sink. It worked but it was messy and difficult to apply. I decide to try the Supreme Surface 3-step system. The 1st step did not seem to remove any "additional" water spots but the 2nd and 3rd steps were very noticeable and worked great to renew the color and protect the sink. The 3rd step is especially good. It leaves a coating the resists water puddling so no more spots and the sink looks great!
