I kept looking at my 11 year old composite sink and just hated it. I tried everything I could find and nothing took the streaks and haze off it. So I tried this and whoa! First time it made it look as good as an 11 year old sink can look. I have been applying the second bottle of follow-up spray every day as it says use it daily for 10-14 days and then once a week. I am so happy with the renewed shine and absence of **** on my sink!
This is an amazing product. We just followed the simple instructions and within 10 minutes we were done and our sink looked like new. No more white haze. We are definitely proponents of this fabulous product.
I have had my sink for 6 months and i was afraid to use many of the cleaners out there for fear it would etch the surface. I surfed the web for a safe cleaner and came accross a video that involved a black composite sink. The reviews were good, the product costs a little more than I had planned to spend though. I have used the product and LOVE the results. My sink is almost back to looking like it did when it was new. The products were packaged well and the shipping time was fast. I am very glad I found this. Thank you
Love this product and the customer service. I just wish I found it sooner!
Easy to use but did not give the shine I'd hope for. Fast delivery
Absolutely the best products!!! Removed mineral spots from my granite sink and looks like the day I bought it. I use the daily cleaner and use their Quartz Granite and Marble treatment with IoSeal every week or so and it remains like new. My newly installed travertine backsplash was not sealed properly and got grease on it and took several day of cleaning to remove. Their customer service walked me through the steps to reseal and my backsplash is totally protected now. They were patient and knowledgeable and encouraged call backs. Won’t go anywhere else. Don’t hesitate to purchase their products. And shipping is fast.
I purchased the All-In-One Stone Care bonus pack with the **** and Mineral Deposit Remover and the Granite, Quartz & Marble Treatment for $27.95. I have a brown granite composite sink which is about 1 1/2 years old. We have soft water and there were mineral deposits on it. I have never used any products or anything abrasive to try to remove the deposits. I was very excited after watching the Supreme Surface video on how their products will remove the deposits and restore the sink to it’s original beauty. Well, very disappointingly, it did not work on my sink. I tried it twice too. It improved it very, very slightly, but it still looks horrible in my opinion. I wish I could attach before and after pictures, but there is no way to do it here. Sadly, it was a complete waste of money for me.
I wanted you to know that we've read your feedback and have already attempted to contact you by phone, but had to leave a voicemail. I'm sorry to see that you haven't had the success you were hoping for, but can assure you that we can help. If the underlying cause is calcium or lime, and you followed the instructions (using an appropriate pad to agitate the surface), any and all mineral deposits soap scum will be removed. I am not saying that your sink does not still have a light / whiteish look in spots, but it would literally be impossible for the Malic acid (within our formula) to not break down mineral deposits. Please note that it is formulated to be mild so that it doesn't damage your sink and is safe for consumers to use. If the true cause is from chemical reactions, abrasive pads or ordinary wear, we can easily fix that too, but as the instructions say, please give us a call. We'll be happy to go through the necessary steps to repair the damage. We can be reached by calling 317-865-0000 until 8:00 PM Central CST. We look forward to helping you so please give us a call.
I found the products through Google and was impressed by the videos that I found. Items arrived quickly and were packed well-- no leakage. I used the **** & Mineral Deposit Remover twice on my double granite composite sinks-- the mineral ring around the drains remained. Not sure if repeating its use will work. I did use the Granite, Quartz & Marble Treatment and my sinks were noticeably nicer-- color restored. I would like to find a product that removes that mineral ring though.
